Privacy notice.
This notice explains how TriadCode handles information submitted through the public website, Candidate Portal and TriadCode Workspace.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Public enquiries
Project enquiries may include your name, email, company, phone number, project type, budget range, timeline, links and project details. We use this information to understand your request, respond to you and evaluate potential work.
Recruitment and Candidate Portal
Applications may include contact information, education, experience, skills, LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio links, written responses and an optional resume. Recruitment records may also include application status, interview schedules, assessments, submissions, feedback and recruitment messages.
Intern and employee workspace data
After formal onboarding, TriadCode Workspace may store a TriadCode identity number, role, department, manager, project membership, assigned tasks, task comments and submissions, performance reviews, goals, skills, learning progress, attendance, leave requests, timesheets, meetings, documents, certificates and operational messages.
How information is used
Information is used to operate projects, recruitment, internship and workforce processes; communicate with users; maintain records; support learning and performance review; and protect the security and integrity of TriadCode systems.
Files and documents
Resumes and workforce documents are stored in protected locations and are intended to be accessed only through authorised application routes. Access should be limited to people who need the information for legitimate recruitment, project, HR or administrative purposes.
Performance and workplace records
Performance information is intended to support development, delivery quality and structured feedback. TriadCode does not treat raw task counts as a substitute for work quality and does not use covert screen, keyboard or mouse monitoring as part of this platform.
Public certificate verification
Certificate and identity verification exposes only limited information needed to confirm a record, such as name, TriadCode ID, certificate ID, programme, project where applicable, issue date and validity status. Private contact information, documents and performance records are not displayed publicly.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only for as long as they are reasonably required for the purpose for which they were collected, business administration, contractual obligations or applicable legal requirements. Requests relating to access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the TriadCode contact page.
Security
TriadCode uses access controls, authenticated portals and protected document routes to reduce unauthorised access. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so access credentials should be kept confidential and suspicious activity should be reported promptly.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as TriadCode services, legal obligations or operating processes change. The latest notice will be published on this page.
Analytics
TriadCode may enable privacy-conscious website analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page performance and conversion events. When analytics is enabled, it should be configured through the production settings and used for website improvement rather than employee or candidate surveillance.
