These terms describe the general conditions for using TriadCode's public website, recruitment services and private portals.

Use of the website
You may use the TriadCode website and authorised portals for lawful purposes related to project enquiries, recruitment, internships, employment and company operations. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with services or misuse another person's account.
Applications and opportunities
Submitting an application, activating a Candidate Portal, completing an assessment, entering a talent pool or completing an internship does not by itself create an employment relationship or guarantee a future role. Any internship, project engagement or employment offer must be communicated explicitly and documented separately.
Opportunity information
Role availability, duration, compensation, work mode, responsibilities and selection steps may vary. The information stated in the relevant opportunity listing and formal onboarding or offer documentation takes precedence for that opportunity.
Candidate and workforce accounts
Portal credentials are personal and should be kept confidential. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and using their access only for authorised TriadCode activities. Access may be suspended or removed when required for security, administration or when the underlying relationship ends.
Project and workforce records
Task status, timesheets, attendance, project submissions and related records should accurately reflect work performed. Deliberate falsification or misuse may result in removal of access or further action subject to applicable agreements and law.
Project enquiries
Submitting a project enquiry does not create a client contract. Scope, pricing, responsibilities, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, support and payment terms should be agreed separately in writing before project work begins.
Portfolio and case studies
Case studies describe specific completed work and are provided to demonstrate capability and approach. They do not guarantee that every future engagement will use the same architecture, schedule, features or outcome.
Intellectual property
TriadCode branding, website design, original written content and platform materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Client project ownership and licensing should be defined in the relevant project agreement.
Availability and changes
TriadCode may update, improve, suspend or discontinue website and platform features when reasonably required for maintenance, security or business operations.
